22. Purchasing Assistant (1)
Responsibilities:
1. Purchase according to the procurement process regulated by the company;
2. Monitor the market changes of materials, and employ necessary purchasing skills to decrease procurement costs;
3. Coordinate and solve supply and quality problems in the process of material purchasing, production and use and customer service timely;
4. Conduct market investigation on a regular base, expand channels and evaluate providers.
Qualifications:
1. Uner 30 years old; college degree or above in electronic-related majors; people with over two years’ work experience in purchasing have priority in admission;
2. Be familiar with relative quality system standards, master a good knowledge in purchasing business and have good communication and negotiation ability as well as the sense of costs;
3. Have strong English writing ability; proficiently use Office and other similar software; mastering basic knowledge of ERP system operation is preferred;
4. Have good professional ethics and dedication spirit.
