Responsibilities:
1. Organize the formulation of program development scheme, submit project proposal, and decide technological development strategies;
2. Organize and lead development team, develop project implementation plans, monitor project progress and quality, and ensure the project completed on schedule;
3. Answer customer's technical issues and provide technical support; set work objectives for the team and supervise the implementation.
Qualifications:
1. Under 35 years old; bachelor degree in electronic or other related majors; people with over three years’ experience in project implementation and management have the priority in admission;
2. Have strong capability in systems analysis design; be able to develop overall planning programs and formulate technical specifications independently;
3. Have clear thinking, strong language ability and proficiency in English;
4. Have good psychological quality plus teamwork spirit.
